Design

I would love to sit down with you and start coming up with a plan based on your ideas.  With my experience, and your ideas, we can design the perfect home for you.  I work with our local lumber yard to have those plans drawn and the materials priced to ensure we can get everything into your budget. 

Building Process

I am willing to do as much as possible for your project.  I do concrete work, flat work, framing, roofing, siding, insulating, hardwood flooring and tile, cabinet installation and finish work/trim installation.  I also do many repairs and remodels.  I am willing to build your house from the ground up, or take on a small remodel project to update your current home.  

Subcontractors

I am willing to  provide the subcontractors for your project, or you can pick your own - whichever you prefer.  I work with other local subcontractors for the specific areas I am not licensed (plumbing, electrical, etc...).  

Materials

We pride ourselves in using quality materials for your job or project.  I work closely with our local lumber yard for the building materials necessary.  Their service is second to none.
